There's a happy group of milbloggers who were invited to the White House for an hour long sit down with President George Bush. The WAPO did a short story on it--careful of the barbs!

Of course, the milbloggers blogged about it, too. Matt, from Blackfive, John of Castle Argghhh!, CJ - Soldier's Perspective, Mrs Greyhawk - Mudville Gazette, Ward Carroll - Military.com, Steve Schippert - Threats Watch, NZ Bear of TTLB and Victory Caucus, Mohammed - Iraq the Model and from Iraq by satellite, Bill Roggio - Long War Journal and Bill Ardolino - INDC Journal.
Besides the President, they got to meet Gen Lute, Kevin Sullivan, Mark Pfeifler, Dano Perino, Tony Snow and even Barney. They got a tour of the Oval Office and had their pictures made with GW! Not too shabby!
They all had good things to say about the President's warmth and intelligence. Personally, I'm glad to know he knows where to look for the truth......milbloggers! Too kewl!
